Can the algorithm pick up on the quirks and the "mojo" of each individual candidate? Can you create a game that discerns the talents and ability of future employees? Thoughts: AI and Machine Learning are here to stay. It will only become more widespread as firms in most industries adopt this talent acquisition method. This system is probably best for the majority of people. On the plus side of things AI helps weed through interviewer bias during the early stages of recruiting. This technology could level the playing field.
