Unlocking Modular Construction's Efficiency: An Interview with Roger Krulak, CEO of Full Stack Modular
In this podcast episode, Randy Wilburn sits down with Roger Krulak, CEO of Full Stack Modular.
Roger Krulak, considered the “OG” of Modular Building, has been in the construction and development industry for most of his life and was determined to find a solution to the lack of efficiency he experienced. After being charged with building a large project in Brooklyn, he moved to develop a more efficient way to build mid- to high-rise modular buildings.
He created a system that held up well to seismic, wind, and snow forces and was transportable. His hope and intention are to build many of these modular structures throughout the United States and create a design-build process to solve affordable housing needs.
Through his hard work and determination, he is making a difference in helping to fulfill the basic human needs of shelter.
In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. How modular construction is helping to solve the global housing crisis
2. The shift from design-bid-build to design-build in the construction industry
3. The efficiency and sustainability advantages of modular construction.
If you have been on the fence about incorporating modular buildings into your portfolio you may want to think again after listening to this TZL podcast episode.
